Hi! My name is Ruchi Kumar!

 

I am an actress with training from Subhash Ghai's school of acting: Whistling Woods in Mumbai.

I recently was a runner up finalist for Omni's tv show: Bollywood star.

 

I am Miss India Canada 2012 First Runner up. I have also done a lot of south asian modelling:  Suhaag Magazine, Jodi Magazine, Desi Magazine, Suhaag Show (Runway), Kismet Show (Runway), Desi Magazine

 

I am also a trained bollywood dancer and instructor with Shiamak Davar's Toronto dance company. Some key performances include IIFA 2011, IIFA Rocks 2011, PIIFA 2012, Sunidhi Chauhan Concert, Auto Show, Just for Laughs, Dundas Square Canada's Day, Canadian National Exhibition, The Unforgettable Tour, Mosaic Festival, TIFF awards night, Guru premier etc. 

 

I have starred in several commercials on various South Asian Networks. Companies that I have worked for in the past inclue Lexus, Brar's Ras Malai, IIFA Promos, Tandoori Flame, Albion and Islington Square etc.
