Health

Ruchi became a licensed pharmacist in September 2012. It has been her dream at a very young age to become a pharmacist so that she could help people in her community. Pharmacists are the most accessible health care professionals and have a thorough understanding of medications, vitamins, nutritional supplements and alternate therapies. She has held several patient clinics at various pharmacies in the GTA. She specializes in diabetes management through A1C clinics.
Beauty​​

Ruchi is honoured to hold the title of Miss India Canada First Runner Up 2012. Preparing for such a pageant has taught her the importance of taking care of herself. She went on to complete a personalized makeup class with Master Makeup Artist Shirley Wu. By combining medications, natural therapies and skin products; Ruchi has the recipe for beautiful, flawless skin.
Fitness

Ruchi has been dancing since the age of 4 and has never turned back since. Dance is a complete workout as it incorporates the use of every muscle in the body. It also works great as a stress minimizer in every day life. Ruchi shares her passion for dance and fitness by teaching bollywood style dance. She is a Shiamak Davar Dance Instructor at the Markham venue and Woodbridge venue.
